They asked the typical behavioral interview questions. To prepare for the interview, I googled "most common behavioral interview questions." If you can answer a list of these, then you are prepared! My biggest tip is to have 3 experiences you can draw from when answering these questions. Use diverse experiences, and try to stay away from nursing school experiences (these are usually pretty typical responses b/c this position is for graduating nursing students, so unless you have a super unique nursing school experience, I would choose something more interesting to talk about). Examples are restaurant, retail, study abroad, PCT job, or volunteer experiences...what makes YOU unique!
