Of course i signed the DND agreement--so don't expect this interview review to be any juicy--sorry! As you may know by now, you need to be particularly comfortable with Operating Systems, Networking, and Systems Administration. Customer soft skills is something you may also consider having in your tool belt--even though, I didn't expect that, but not surprising at all--since it is a customer support role. Onsite was pretty interesting--interviewed with two Corporate Engineers (and a manager) who made sure I was thoroughly grilled in the major subject areas--of course this is an IT position, it is fair game for Google to hire the "jack-of-all-trades". That being said, you need to be on your "A game". Whatever is on your resume is also fair enough--which is why you need to know your stuff! Each session with all 3 interviewers lasted an average of 45-50 minutes with a lunch break in-between. It was an interesting experience overall!
