What is your why? What are some of examples of programming that you would implement into the community? Can you describe your experience in the senior living industry? What makes you a fit for this position?

It was mainly a behavioral exam. There are three parts: first part: they get a feel for you, ask you what industry you want to specialize in, what your fav influencers are second: they ask name a time you had a difficult time with a coworker, etc. this is 100% behavioral. if you watch madeline mann's story tool box video and her behavioral interview prep videos on youtube, you'll be golden. third: this is where u meet the managers of a specific company at the ,etc. they'll ask you your experience and your strengths/familiarity with software and projects you've done in the past.
