Calling the party to notify them of the error can be uncomfortable, however, necessary. If appropriate, the resort has absorbed the difference in cost incurred by a stay outside of the resort. Another option utilized, has been to upgrade the accommodations at the resort for the lesser price, thus affording our guest a pleasant alternative when available.
