The one question that kind of threw me off was when she asked me if I had ever been in a certain kind of situation with a past job, and if so how did I deal with it, and what was the end result. Its been several years since that interview so unfortunately I can't remember exactly what the situation was, but I remember it was a darn good question. I even said wow that's a great question! LOL!

Interviewer asked me to describe what I understood the position entailed. Other questions she asked included if I had my own transportation, could I work a flexible schedule, can I lift up to 50lbs, if offered the position did I have any upcoming work schedule conflicts. She also asked if I had any prior retail experience.

Do you have experience merchandising product?
They asked if I lived in the area of the opening. They named several stores that had to be covered.
