Interview consisted mainly of 2 department managers describing the job and asking if I was interested. Onsite interview offered only after phone screening was passed.

They asked me to informally explain my professional life since college and explain every step and rational
The questions from each manager will be the same but answer them differently. The questions will ask you how you handled certain situations, how you reacted to stress at previous companies...etc. You want to give details and kind of "sell yourself" and your personal skills. You will want to highlight how you have managed emotional, or irate callers or customers. You will want to point out that you have an ability to multitask, this position offers a lot of side projects outside of taking calls. You want to point out any skills you have for learning or acquiring knowledge. This position requires you to pass 2 securities exams.
