They asked me usual questions. It is a start up so alot of questions revolves around wearing multiple hats, or how would you tackle certain issues for other areas that are not part of your daily role.

The Directors and Executive Directors will meet with you first. A few questions and then collectively they will ambush you at once and ask you how much money you make and how much you want to do the job. I was unprepared for this as it has been my experience that this is a conversation between the candidate and HR, especially for all of them to want this personal information with respect to current salary. So be prepared that they will ask. They will do this before the other Managers join the interview.
I was asked about my ability to handle private information. How I felt about working around very sick people. How I felt about taking payments and insurance information. I was also explained job shadowing that was not paid time and the training. The employees in the department had nothing but complaints about the supervisor
Look through the data provided and develop some hypothesis/thoughts based on the data. Do you think it is likely that the Emergency Room department is not charging for all the services that are being provided?
