Mostly a behavioural interview, which is not the most useful for a technical job which requires a very specific skill set. however the job also requires a certain personality type, most nurses don’t like admin work, so it makes sense to get a feel for the attitude of the applicant. Also the corporate culture at BCBSNM is traditional so it is also important to screen for anyone who is too "forward thinking"
Why can you do this job better than any one else
How would I handle a difficult situation?
What is your greatest weakness? How have you worked to improve it?
What my goals are with the company and how I adapt to change.
