Situation based questions are a challenge, such as: A) "You are already a part of the team as a New Hire, everyone is on leave, you recive a client mail stating an escalation in which the client is furious and wants an answer, what will you do?" B) "Pandemic has hit, there was a business report to be submitted by the end of the week, but the team feels disoriented and you do not have enough data. This has to be submitted to the higher ups by this week, what will you do?"

they asked 5 questions, very similar to essay type. just typical interview questions. Difficult situation you faced in the past or how do you manage pressure at work. They expect good answers, very detailed probably thats why I wasnt offered the job. Ill try again once its avaiable.
