A time a team did not work well/ a time a team worked perfectly? whats market risk? Credit Risk? What interests you about risk? Biggest problem facing banking today in your opinion? (No maths questions... but some other candidates got asked a few)

Individual Presentation where they present you a sheet of information relating to a supposed scheme, as well as the results from this scheme. Was then told to give a 10 minute presentation to two people from the company summarizing the success/failure of the scheme, and what improvements could be made. They then ask follow up questions to see whether you'd be able to react to those kinds of questions.
