I don't remember the exact wording but they were all behavioral in naming situations that were difficult with patients/family and how I dealt with them. How did I deal with a stressful situation and the outcome.
Can you tell me a difficult situation you've had in your nursing career and how you handled it?
How you would handle certain situations,professional and personal challenges
Tell me about a time you had a challenge with a co-worker and how you resolved the issue.
Tell me about a time you made changes in your work environment that were incorporated into your workplace.
The usual behavioral questions, experience questions etc.
Just what I said above~ on the next part~ phone interview~ why are you leaving your current position. Did I have or would I be willing to obtain compact state licensure.
