I was asked about Clinical skills, strengths and weaknesses. I was asked where I though I needed improvement and what I expected from them. They Shared what they expected from me. I was then asked where I could see myself driving to on a daily basis. I let them know , this is what was placed in my contract. They offered training in areas that I felt were weak.

They asked about my ability to use technology and said the nurses have to use a computer and work phone and a bunch of apps and programs to care for the patients.

shouldn't be hard if you have some nursing exp. don't do hospice without home health case management or hospital experience or you will feel like your drowning as a nurse. preferably med surg or icu nursing. need critical thinking and time management skills as if you are on your own
