Basically behavioral. They look at your experience and ask about particular skills. Casual but non stop questions . I don’t really remember specificquestions but nothing out of the ordinary

I was not asked any real questions to determine my knowledge, critical thinking, skill set, or anything that all other managers ask at other hospitals. It was not very professional. Everything asked was printed on my resume, which just pertained to the amount of time worked at my last jobs.
