The questions were typical personality-based inquiries, as new graduates have little to no experience. I was asked about my experiences in nursing school, as well. In both interviews I discussed my self-perceived strengths and weaknesses, too. To be honest the HR interview lasted much longer and felt formal as compared to my nurse manager's casual interview style. I was able to meet staff on the unit that I was hired to after interviewing with the manager.
What hours are you willing to work
There were not really any hard questions. They did ask all of the employees if they knew the applicant before interview to see if they would be a good fit for everyone.
