I don't remember specific questions exactly, but the nurse manager asked questions that were heavily focused on how I handle stress and adversity. Multi-tasking and time management were also topics of the questions asked. The HR recruiter asked me more general questions like, "tell me about your prior work history and your clinical experiences" and "what made you want to be a nurse."
