They wanted to know the last three resident I had lived at considering the required two year intervals. Sometimes you forget the zip codes after so many years go by. Then you have to figure out what it was by looking threw your paper work and check stubs.

If I was using drugs or on drugs. They have to ask, but the way they asked was offensive.
How I would deal with a difficult customer?
I would say just the fact that I didn't have to talk about previous jobs was unexpected.
