Tell me about a time in which you disagreed with a procedural process in the workplace. What did you do about it? Did you come up with an alternative solution and if so how? and did you present it to anyone? What happened next?

The questions they had for me weren't surprising or difficult; fairly standard stuff. However, the most unexpected answer I received was about salary and benefits. I was informed that the employee started at minimum wage during a "training period" of 3-6 months, after which salary would increase if the employee was considered successful in the position. Also learned that Supervisor positions were part-time only (presumably so that providing healthcare benefits would not be mandatory for the company.)
