All 4 people that you talk to ask you the same exact questions...they are looking for someone who has or wants no time with their family while management goes home at 5 from what I am told
Why did we leave Schwans as customers?
Nothing out of the ordinary. A long personality test.
Mostly your background and your experience selling products etc. They are interested in your goals and interests. Many of the questions center around your motivation and your personal drive to be self directed and motivated.
Nothing tricky from my manager, but it depends on your (potential) boss.
