Tell us about a time when you had a difficult customer and what you did to help them.
They were pretty straightforward questions so I can't say anything was too difficult or exceptionally thought provoking in the interview. I could say to a prospective employee to be sure you know the answer to ; "How would you deal with an irate customer ?"
Are you a person who always tries to hit their goals and expections?
How would you handle certain situations and so forth, same questions any job asks?
What experience do you have with sales and customer experience?
Tell me about a time you had to go above and beyond for a client.
