The questions were all good. It was the way in which they were asked. again, I felt as though they had already decided that I didn't fit what they were looking for the minute I walked in the room. Not a warm atmosphere at all!
What were the key issues with a particular process
No real difficult questions, most were specific to the position. Why do you feel qualified for the position? How would you deal with implementing an unwanted change as supervisor? What is your management style? How would you handle a difficult employee?
Q: What was your previous projects and activities?
Before buying a piece of equipment like lifting crane what do you do first?
How would you pressurize an elevator shaft such that in the event of a fire? Consider the impact of smoke and where you would like to vent dangerous byproducts of combustible materials.
Most questions were straightforward, but they did ask me what areas I may need to improve in. However, that's a fair question that you can easily prepare for.
