Many questions were behavioral, to understand how I would respond to concerns and tackle problems. During one of the interviews (there were 3 in total), I also had a writing portion for how I would respond to a user. It was timed but relatively simple. This was about a year ago so I don't recall the exact questions that were asked.
Since I was a bench scientist, I was asked if I was comfortable moving away from the bench
They asked how I thought my background and experience would mesh with their corporate philosophy
I was never prepared. Case questions were pretty vague. And based on vague hypothetical. But customer service experience is a must.
