You will be given an imaginary customer to shop for with a budget. My scenario was a man who was looking for an anniversary gift for his girlfriend with £85 to spend. You had to make sure you spent all the money and included something from their sale section. I was given 15 minutes to complete the task. After this I went back to the office to explain the things I chose then there were some competency questions.
