The interview questions were really not difficult. They were really just trying to get an idea of how willing I was to follow their specific formula for selling.
They asked me to do a simple floorplan.
The only one I can remember is the old sales trick....they throw a pen at you and say "Sell me this pen".
They needed to have me work a three year break in period to teach the business.to the new owners. This is a typical way to sell a company in the Beauty Industry.
