Most of the questions were really just about my experience. They do a great job of giving you clarity as to who you will speak to and what the point of the conversation will be. I always felt informed and prepared. Most of the time I felt the people side of the interviews were the most important. The people focus at Slalom seems to be extremely strong. I only declined due to my current commute needs. If I lived closer I would work for Slalom in a heartbeat.
