Questions were largely around my ability and comfort in a quota driven environment. I was asked about the culture I am comfortable in.
Initially general resume based, demo / understand the product and do a product walk-thru, onsite basic technical questions about web browser flow of request, sync information between various servers, about finding ports in linux etc. Then in-depth drill down of how one would perform in various technical sales situations.
