Interviews aren't really any test of skill or coding, but more a test of your patience. The first panel interview meeting invite was changed minutes before it was suppose to start. Initially they were going to call me it changed to a Goto Meeting right before. It started with the me attempting to connect to them on GotoMeeting and giving up and calling in. It started late and at the same time the recruiter was calling me frantically because the interview changed at the last minute. The live coding was suppose to start with them sending me out instructions an hour before and I waited and finally got something 13 minutes before the meeting. They gave me a server which was the GUI for their product and I had no idea what to do with it. The answer turned out to be nothing.
