How many years have you been doing design.
Would I be OK dealing with a volitle personality? I was told they asked that of everyone...
Most difficult: "who has inspired you to be who you are, and why?" That made me think and I realized I never knew my family had such an impact on me. I told her my grandpa and father taught me to work hard (my grandpa is an immigrant). The other question was "what do you do on your spare time to relax". I am a busy guy so it was hard to think of something. I said I like to take apart phones and put them back together.
Nothing difficult about, except if you dislike door-to-door sales...
It wasn't the questions, it was the "games" played after standard questions. You have to complete a questionnaire with vocabulary (words most people NEVER use - and yes, I have a college degree) You aren't given the opportunity to use a calculator for complex math questions. (Left my cellphone in my car as a courtesy for the interview). You are expected to figure it out on your own long handed. Those math questions needed a calculator. THEN, the icing on the cake you have to write down at least 5 sentences in "cursive only handwriting" on why I would be a good fit for the job. I haven't wrote in cursive in over 15 years (except my signature). Recruiter explained it was a science behind it and they needed to know how your brain worked based on how well you wrote in cursive. Biggest line of B.S. - that doesn't determine if you are a good fit for job or not - especially since people communicate by computers instead of cursive these days.
