Tell me what how the M-tree functions in a binary tree. Weird and random but he asked that because my resume showed computer science as my bachlors but I know for fact they don't ask anything close to that..he probably googled it like a good consultant.

HR Manager: Why I applied for the role and why would I be a good fit. Asked what I thought about the O-C culture. Asked about how I make people feel they belong. Asked about how I influenced others. Why did I leave previous companies. Hiring Manager: Was asked about an internal accounting process for procurement which I was not familiar with the term, but looked it up and explained my process I was familiar with which was similar, but different term. Provided a 30-60-90 day plan. Was asked why I wanted to work with the specific commodity.
These are questions they could use to ask, particularly since they are supposed to be identifying strong candidates to send out into the field for other potential interviews with other companies.
It depends - IT department and HR department don't value quality, education, experience, or respect your view being a professional - because those individuals are right hands of the management team and party goers.
