The interview process involved meeting with the company CEO and members of the senior management team. Admittedly I was pretty nervous at first but they were really welcoming and out me at ease straightaway. T he one thing that is very clear when you come here is how interested the management is in you and what you want to do in tour career. But this works the other way too - they expect you to show the same level of interest in them as well.
