Panel interview h was about a messy and chaotic formulated use-case about an allegedly existing client from a specific industry. The panel interview was conducted by a local manager with poor English who didn't seem to know much about his team or the business, generally speaking and overlooked by his manager who seem to be a little more capable.

In first round they asked about basics, which I think everyone knows. second round questions were about types of triggers, visualforce components etc.
When I presented my mock project, the reviewers asked questions regarding both the functional side of my solution and the technical side. I was asked about code approaches, security/sharing model, etc. On the technical side, I was asked about the approach used in custom pages, the advantages/drawbacks of the approach I chose, and what some alternate approaches might have been.

I don't think it is ethical to reveal the actual questions, but you can expect standard software engineering questions + Salesforce knowledge questions (nothing extra complicated).
