NewMarket asked many pertinent questions concerning my job responsibilities. One in particular dealt with how to handle user access to appropriate amounts of data (e.g. organization levels and plant locations)
I was being asked some basic Java related questions and Being grilled on my resume. Their main focus was to put me in development but they were very keen to know about the honesty and sincerity that I have put in.
