I was asked if I'd ever worked out in the field before.
I can't remember all the questions but there were about 10. Almost all were situational questions . . . "tell me about a time when you dealt with a distraught customer, and how did you fix the problem" etc.
How long was I employed with Eli Lilly, would I be able to flex my time, could I work in a office setting for hours.
