Experience and knowledge of Montessori
Virtual meeting where asked about times I’ve had to correct employee errors, asked about my values, also desired salary. Next phase was a written interview that consisted of a typing test, 2 email scenarios and rating ones self on the Montessori values this school holds.
The following questions were asked: 1. Past experience with the population. 2. Crisis situations. 3. Description of case management experience. 4. Supervision expectations. (was discussed) 5. Experience in grad school. 6. Experience with training and using different modalities for movement. 7. The theoretical orientation of practice. The interview was very discussion-based and the topics mentioned came up during the flow of the conversation. The employer is not very responsive though.
