The Lead Scribe literally said that in the past they didn't do in person interviews, and the whole point of the interview was to make sure that I was normal and not just some crazy person. He went over my resume to confirm my skills. I know that now they do a more thorough interview with a question and answer session. I heard one of the questions that may be asked is "what would you do if the physician you were working with was frustrated about something and yelled at you?"

Give an example of a time you had to learn large amounts of new information quickly? Give an example of a time you had to work in a team to accomplish a goal? How do you handle constructive criticism? Would you be comfortable telling someone higher up than you that they needed to do something? (Doctor's often need to be reminded of what they have to do by scribes). How are you qualified for this job? (e.g. what types of classes have you taken that helped prepare you)
