All rounds are of duration 45min-1.5 hr. First 2 rounds are based on linux/Unix OS questions, C and data structures, scripting, program writing and some logical puzzles. the 3rd round was taken by Manager-IT. So the questions were mostly related to my current work, roles and responsibilities etc and how I am fitting into their current requirement. Also the remote Manager explained me the products they are working on and in what domain/business the organization is going ahead. The 4th round is taken by VP of IT, US. He mostly asked me about my current role, work, strengths and weaknesses. All questions asked in this round are of both managerial and HR questions which one should be careful while answering, since the answers can give a wrong impression to the interviewer about the candidate if not organized properly by the candidate. That is all before I got the final call from the HR from Bangalore office for my offer letter.
