Can you tell us about your teaching philosophy and how it aligns with the TDSB's mission and values? How do you differentiate your instruction to meet the needs of all students in your class? Can you give an example of a lesson you have designed and taught that has been particularly successful? How do you create a positive and inclusive learning environment for your students? Can you tell us about a time when you have dealt with a challenging student behavior and how you handled it? How do you assess student learning and provide feedback to support their growth? How do you integrate technology in your teaching to enhance student learning and engagement? Can you describe a project or activity you have implemented that promotes critical thinking and problem-solving skills? How do you collaborate with other teachers and support staff to ensure student success? Can you tell us about a time when you had to adapt your teaching approach due to unexpected changes or circumstances?
Questions are typically about equity/inclusion/diversity in the learning environment, lesson and/or unit planning, assessment and evaluation, use of technology, classroom management, etc. And there is often a "why are you a good fit for this position at this board" question.

Honestly - they were all very easy and expected. Know diversity issues, spec ed and you should be fine.
