The questions in my interview were fairly boiler plate, however I was surprised when the Interviewer dove right into describing his vision for the organization and my role in particular. At that point it became a two-way dialogue, a mix of shop talk and philosophy if you will. It was my first interview of that nature and I have to say it was pleasant.

Which option in a certain tool would you not use if you were on an engagement to avoid creating availability issues.
IT folks need to know their core basics and able to explain how things work
Explain to me the relative project experience you listed on your resume. What did you learn from it?
