I guess I should start expecting these questions though as I spend more time in these Senior roles. Especially at larger companies I'm going to be dealing with having a bigger team.

They did not drill to the lowest level but they wanted to see how well I am aware of the concepts and to what level I have worked on. Most of the questions were basics about DB architecture. Backup and recovery, Unix, Shell scripting.
