First interview -6-8 and the second interview about the same amount of questions.

Definitely read up on the major policy direction of the Ministry - you will be asked somewhat specific questions about it. Also, if it's a technical role, make sure you have a basic understanding of the electricity market. You will likely be asked to talk about an occasion where you had to work with stakeholders and explain something complex in terms that are easy to understand.
