Business Interview had general consulting questions about how to work with customers. How to deal with scope creep, difficult situations, how to communicate and deliver value. etc. Technical Interview had very technical questions about Salesforce and Single Sign on Panel interview with 4 people was 30 second elevator speech about you along with a 15-20 minute presentation that was followed by 30 minutes of Q&A by the panel about the presentation and other general questions.
Since this was a program director/solution architect position they were eager to find out how I worked with customers.
I was given a thorough technical overview, particularly around integration. After I passed the technical screen, I was given a case study involving an integration scenario, and a day or so to prepare a slide presentation for a panel review. I presented over video call to the panel, and was asked questions about my recommendations. It was a challenging but enjoyable process.
