"What is your service model?"- (What kind of question is this?) I asked the interviewer if he could please clarify what he meant, to which he responded by repeating it verbatim, but more slowly...I eventually answered by explaining what I consider to be the standard process of taking care of wealth management clients: prompt responses to concerns/service requests, annual reviews, proactive outreach especially during times of market volatility, etc. I don't think this is what they were looking for, but perhaps you can come up with a better answer than I could if you get this one.
