Audit procedures on significant account like Inventory, impairment
Explain a situation where you had to deal with adversity and how you accomplished what you set out to do. Also, when working on a team, how did you deal with a team member who was unresponsive/poor/etc?
Some discussions to previous background and type of industries and clients that I worked on. Competency based questions like: strengths and weaknesses, an example when you had to deal with a difficult/rude client, a time you had to motivate someone.
Introduce about your self
-What is your background? -Do you have team management experience and what are your expectations from them? - What software did you use for managing projects and audits?
The questions were all technical from recent and previous accounting standards. Heavy and not friendly atmosphere + all those questions made me lose the interest for the position even during the interview.
