During my interview with the company, I noticed that all of the questions asked were related to solving problems that they were currently facing. While it's not unusual for an interviewer to ask questions related to a company's challenges, the way they approached it made me feel like they were more interested in using my knowledge and expertise to address their problems, rather than actually hiring me for the position. This gave me the impression that the company had a culture of "brain drain" - where they were looking to extract ideas and insights from candidates without actually committing to hiring them. It's frustrating to invest time and energy into an interview process only to feel like your ideas and experience are being exploited for someone else's benefit. Overall, my experience with this company left me with a negative impression, and I would caution others to be careful about applying there if they are looking for a genuine opportunity to work with a company that values their skills and experience.
