I can't remember the questions were so vague
1. THE FOLLOWING WAS CATEGORIZED AS “ONE” QUESTION (I had 3 mins to answer all of them): Describe your metrics at your current role? What is the rating in your current role? Was is your individual authority? What is the lowest, average, and highest exposure ? What is your workload/inventory ? What types of injuries do you handle? Describe the highest severity claim you have handled? etc, it asked some other questions too (still combined into this “one” question) but I cannot recall everything.
Questions about various jurisdictions were the hardest to respond to.
Describe a process that you contributed in a previous job that made the company more productive or saved money
Name a time I handled a difficult customer that was not allowing me to speak throughout the call.
Standard industry questions, nothing out of the ordinary.
