This was a Scala position but they were open to allowing me to use Python or Java for the interview. Standard data eng questions - SQL, Spark, ETL, and some not so standard like API and microservices. I have not been actively interviewing, some of these questions were hard as I was very rusty.

1st round - Medium difficulty questions were sent over the email and had to reply on email within one hour. Cleared. 2nd round - Asked about my work experience and explain a bit about the role being offered. Most of the questions were related to Data modelling and designing a data model for a hypothetical scenario.
The provided a fictional business and asked what type of data structure I would build out to support the business. They asked me to do it Realtime in draw.io.
Mutiple continuous questions from everybody, can't provide.
