What was your role on each project?
Full interview was centered around my design exercise and presentation, which I had 15 hours to complete and given little context around. Little to no interest in my transferrable skills or experience. The interview/presentation ended and no additional input or feedback was given for a week after. I reached out to the hiring director and recruiter in order to find out they passed on my application, which is ok with me. I asked the director for any helpful feedback and received absolutely none in return.
What do you know about our company and industry? Why do you want to work for us?
Personal history and reason i want to work there. Work experice and future goals. Got a funny question: "How many tennis balls exist in Germany?" how would you calculate it.
responsive design experience
I was asked to show samples of my previous work.
Most important question for them was salary range. It came early on and they wouldn't let it go. That says something about what they value: cheap over anything else.
