There were no set questions, even the panel interview which was to assess candidates against each other had no set questions (go figure). Process was exceptionally loose. Most detailed questions about sales process, and previous sales wins etc. I was never asked about why I wanted to join, or anything about my drive, ambition, goals, etc. Some questions about my political persuasion etc were quite unprofessional.
