All questions were very standard interview questions, no curve balls. Most difficult I suppose would have been the standard "What is your biggest weakness?" question.

Behavioral involved dealing with people and difficult situations while technical asked anything from explaining Income Statement, accounting movements (debits/credits) on the balance sheet (i.e. what will happen if you increase inventory, define impact on other accounts). Some other technical questions on revenue recognition and budgeting, I.E how would you go about creating an overhead budget for a department.

Initially the Questions were about self Analysis. such as Tell me something about yourself, Questions were about : Capital market Domain such as Trade Life cycle, Business risk, Asset class types. basic elementary question such as NAV, Accounting ratio, P& L statement etc. Technical round grill on the Financial Knowledge testing and more Finance skills. Be firm of the situation and the Previous work experience were shared.
