Before start of the interview, case study was assigned by the HR related to role offered by the employer. Question was related to my current work responsibilities & how it is similar to the role offered by the employer. Question was asked on overall experience, education and family background.
I was asked to walk the different interviewers through my career experience - highlighting my critical duties and significant accomplishments within each role I held. I was asked several behavioral questions that spoke to how I would handle various situations that may arise in the workplace. I was asked several procedural questions that spoke for my process at arriving to a decision or solutions to difficult problems.
They asked about problem solving, about disagreements with coworkers, about general HR knowledge and experience. They also asked about what you do when you make mistakes, how to motivate team members, compliance management, etc.
Unsure since the TA Manager did not follow up after offering an interview twice.

Interviewers don't seem to coordinate on who is going to ask about which one. Most people asked me about the same one which not only was boring but seemed to indicate a gap in the process.
Why are you interested in the role? What about HR do you like?
