I was asked a scenario based question on how I would deal with a situation. Two people come to me with a problem at the same time, one was finance regarding a payrole problem and the other was a board member who had problems printing a board pack for a meeting which was taking place imminently.
There was no difficult question neither Technical nor Process or HR Related. Questions was like do you know about X technology ? , Did you did X task ?, How do handle this situation?, What is your weekness?
